So would you get the most out of this dlc by playing it in act 1 or 2(Before all that remains)?

To those that played as a mage or rogue, what what was the armour set in Legacy for you?

As a warrior it was helm/chestplate of the Fortress, and resembled the Grey Warden armour.

I just finished it on my rogue and it was Warden Scout's Armor.  Or did everyone get the blue warden armor?  I only got two pieces.  I'm assuming there's a helm and gloves, but I didn't find them.  I am disappoint!

Yes there are four pieces. Each class set looks different but they are all of the same 'theme' :D

What did you do with my gloves and helm you mean, mean person!?!  You just want me to play the DLC again, don't you!?

The gloves and helm are 'hiding'

I thought that the DLC was very well done. I brought along Carver, Anders and Varric. I was very surprised to find out that the dead dwarf you found was actually a descendant of Varric's house, Tethras! Although, he didn't really seem to care all that much. >.>

I thought that the end boss was very fun and challenging, even on Casual, since your mates like standing in the fire, guess they've never played WoW. :P

I wanted to grab Anders and shake him at the end. "Isn't it a little convenient that the thing that people are most afraid of is the blight, and this can be blamed on mages too." (or something along those lines).

Yes, Anders. This 2000 year old Tevinter Magister sought the aid of the grey wardens to bury him here in this farce of a prison because he knew that one day you would come to Kirkwall to defend the freedom of mages, and it was his master plan to make an ass out you.

But I did want to shake him and go, "LOOK, its right there! Right in front of your FACE! Go diiiiiiiie Justice."

Speaking of Jusitce, who was like, wtf? When he rolled out with the shades when he got pissed off and took over Anders?

I don't think he was a darkspawn, this thing is definitely something else. Maybe what the darkspawn were at first and some how they produced mindless little minions, and recessive, talking darkspawn like the architect are born every once in a while.

About how long is the DLC? Is it worth the amount of Bioware points?

Maybe the Architect was also a magister, but he forgot somehow? His "birth" being his first memories after regaining consciousness, if he was imprisoned too and somehow released. There are similarities, like they can both control darkspawn without an Archdemon and that they could possibly end all the blights.
I hate Justice, wish he'd leave Anders aloooone. I was worried I'd have to do the boss with only Carver and Varric.

Took me like 4 hours to do everything, minus a 20 minute break to get food :D

The first time I played it was with Lady Hawke, Sebastian, Isabela and Warden Bethany. Sebastian was the romance and Bethany started flirting with Sebastian after he was wondering why people call her Lady Hawke so much. Then out of nowhere a cutscene starts where she told Bethany to back off and then her and rival Sebastian romance kissed! I was amazed!

This was also after I beat campaign

Wow, really? I played it right at the beginning of Act 2, so I didn't know romances effect it. Do all the romances feature in Legacy somehow?

A little bit. I romanced Anders, he refers to you as 'Love' and calls you cute

Bethany/Carver being in the Wardens makes it more interesting, I think. And you get a post-DLC conversation with MamaHawke if you do it before All That Remains. So I'd say yeah.

Thats a good point, but idk the arcitect seemed less knowledgable about everything and weaker.  I wish that we could have gotten the chance to interroagate Corypheus.  Didn't Larius mention that the can control wardens through the taint too, I can't remember he listed off a couple of things the he could do and I've forgotten already.

Could have been weaker because the warden was like level 35 ;) but yeah, possibly just an 'awakened' darkspawn emissary. I'd like future DLC to tell us more about them both. Really liked this one with all the lore and the fact that he could have been making Kirkwall violent all this time.
I really wanted to interrogate him too, learn more about what reaaaally happened as I've decided my Hawke, although a mage, follows the Chantry - unless, ya know, proven wrong, like Anders was.
I've forgotten stuff too like cutscenes. Time for another playthrough..

Quick question, to get the family outing achievement do you have to do the DLC in Act 1?

No, your siblings come along if you put them in your party at any time as long as their alive.

I  finished the DLC twice in different setups, here are my notes:
-First Run
Carver is a Templar
Anders is Deat
hAllied with Larius
Merril,Carver,Aveline party setup

Nothing very special about Merril/Aveline other than Merril being fascinated by the idea of binding the Darkspawn. After defeating Cory, Larius becomes possesed.

-Second Run
Bethany is a Warden
Anders is Alive
Allied with the Wardens
Bethany,Anders,Fenris party setup

A lot of changes! A lot of dialogue from all three, specially Anders. There's a point where you even fight him as Cory seems to take over him. He doesn't die though. The most rewarding part of this setup is the dialogue before and after the fight with Cory as we learn that it was the Mages fault that Darkspawn exist in the first place. Something that at first Anders rejects, but after you loot the boss you gain an Anders specific amulet that convinces him of these. And that in fact Cory is one of the First Darkspawn, One of the Tervinter Magisters who went to the Black City. The female warden gets possesed at the end, she simply says "I feel like a whole new person".

I wonder if defiling Dumat's ashes has any changes? I also wanna take Varric as he surely has a lot of unique dialogue as well.
