I think having exploited/cheated your character to level 50 gives you a very skewed take on the overall quality of the DLC.
There's always one isn't there? *Rolls eyes*
Right firstly I beat the game properly I then heard of an *exploit* which yes on my second playthrough I did use, however on my third and fourth and even fifth playthrough I did NOT use any exploit.
Given that the other issue with this game is that everything scales to your character it wouldn't have made any difference whether I was a level 10 or 20 or 40 when doing this Legacy quest as all enemies scale to your level.
So all in all nice try but you fail and I stand by my original take on the DLC.
What part in my exposition made you believe you are in need to defend yourself, even insulting me throughout said process?
I think it is rightfully my privilege to roll my eyes on that disproportionate reaction of yours as I was in no way judging you, but merely pointing out a flaw in your perception my dear.
Secondly, the DLC is designed for a player with a level in the early twenties, for the simply reason there is no non-exploit/console way of achieving a higher level up to this point. That is what enemy composition and battlefield layout is designed around. The level-scaling of individual enemies is only a fraction of what overall difficulty is based on. So yes, having a maximum level for which this DLC was definetely not designed for does indeed fog your experience as opposed to a playthrough achieved by conventional means.
Next up is that loot also follows the same reasoning. Although it might scale along, the initial stats on which said evolution is based on is not designed for such high-level characters.
You can stand for whatever you want, but I advise you to refrain from calling someone "fail" when all that failed was your situational comprehension skill.
Thank you
So wait just because I used a level 50 character I am the one that fails because of an exploit I used that Bioware left in the game prior to patches basically meaning their quality control i.e. testers did not pick up on this? Wow ok right.
Secondly as I said before it does not matter what level character you use, the outcome, quality of gear and length remains the same so sorry your entire comment and lack of understanding simply causes me to to be amazed at your lack of lateral understanding pure and simple.
But overall the DLC is good but nothing amazing it is missing the wow factor.
I thought he was spot on.
From a general point of view; personally I never understood why people use flaws, exploits, cheat codes, any advantage whether intentially left in, overlooked, even a bug in a game to their advantage, whether that game is DAII, a shooter, an RTS, just ANY game; UNLESS they're completely stuck or just aren't very good players. To each his own though.
