According to what I was able to gather, after creating a head morph and saving the .mhr, you have to Export->Post to Local. I checked the directory where the .mop is posted to (which is the correct one), however I'm not able to choose it in the creature window as an available resource. It simply doesn't show. As anyone had this problem before? Am I doing something wrong? This is terribly frustrating and I haven't been able to find information regarding this issue. All help is appreciated.

Only the in-game character creator uses MOPs (presets). You wants MORs (morphs) for NPCs. The option for which is exported is in one of the tabs of the morph editor. Just load the MRH and re-export with the MOP option disabled.
