Hello every1!

I have a problem and I can't find the official help page for it and the automatic help tips didn't work.

I have a promo code for golem (Pala), but after entering the code this page said 1st it was OK but it was used up for the 2nd time. I can not start the download and I can not find any trace in my account about using my code.

Could some1 official person help me pls!

PS: I have another code for the armor too but it didn't work for the 1st...probably I can use only one of them.

you can redeem both. go into Profile->Your registred game content to see if it has been redeemed. ALso make sure you login with the same account when playing as the one you redeem it with.

The thing is that I have only one account so it is not possible that I was signed in with another. Another thing is that it accepted the code once. The download didn't start, so I tried again...after that the system said it was already used up.

My secondary question is. If I buy something and I delete the game, de I have to buy them again reinstalling? I can't find any place where I can check my previous purchases.
