I downloaded and installed it AND I'm connected to the internet but I can't play Legacy because apparently it's "unauthorised" anyone know what I can do to get it to work?

Edit:okay loggin out and in again solved it :)

For Weltea and others - the "unauthorized" error message on dlc happens whenever you either are not logged on through the game launcher, or your account number in game does not match the one with which you purchased the content.  This may be because you bought it with one account and logged in with another, or because you made a change to the account at the bioware site, but logged into the game with the old information.

well, wow.....at beginning....after cassandra says ''i'll take my chances'' .....my game keeps crashing. Does it happen only to me?

Feel free to report issues like this in the PC Tech support section. It looks like there is a dx11 issue with this line for some card/driver combos so I suggest switching to DX9 until after that conversation.

Hi, had this also with my DX11 560 TI SOC card, but there is a new driver at the NVidea homepage ... installed that and was able to finish the DLC without any problem ...

now waiting for a new DLC ...

GOOD WORK that DLC even it was short, but needed 8 hours ... looked behind every stone :-) and read everything

if the WHOLE DA2 would have been like that, the game would have been overall better !

Thank you was fun !

Great Job Bioware!
On my 2nd play thru of legacy DLC for PS3 and I enjoyed this even more than main DAII. The sense of history, forming community, twists on monsters and gear/weapons work for me. I certainly hope more content like this comes out in the future DA series!

i know this is kinda off topic but who else thinks that the tal vashoth you meet who warns you at the tal vashoth camp wouldve been a great companion and should be in DA3.

While I have enjoyed the DLC for DA:O and DA2 this by far is the best. Lasted just about 3 hrs which was a plesent suprise. I hope to see many more story based DLC's, most of them post game.

I'll agree with most others here, this is a great DLC, I had loads of fun playing it :). I loved the story, combat, everything, really. It feels like you guys really took a lot of the criticism received seriously and it shows. Enjoyed it far more than the main game, so I hope there's going to be things similar to this in the future. DA2 actually kind of redeemed itself with this, for me anyways, 800 points well spent. Great job, Bioware =)

I just finished playing "Legacy" and it turned out to be a very enjoyable experience, so I just want to say thanks. For me the story was the best aspect of it. The environment created a nice atmosphere, but it got a bit spoiled by the fact that the architecture of the ancient prison reminded too much of Kirkwall. The voicing of the characters is much appreciated, and the final battle is I think the most interesting and challenging so far, but also frustrating when the npc's are so stupid and all they want to do is run to their death.
I look forward to more fun content for this game, and I'm hoping for an expansion pack. :-)

I think this is really what DA2 was missing, a long, plot-driven dungeon crawl like DAO's Deep Roads. The fact that it helped also cement the somewhat thin relationships within the Hawke family more was also a good boost to the overall Hawke story. I also like what it set up for DA3 or future DLC.

Finally finished it last night (had to put it down for a bit) and I freakin' loved it. The story was very intriguing and I really want to see more of it. It also felt a bit like never-ending boss fights, which is just my cup of tea. The final boss fight was killer, though, really challenging (I was a l17 rogue) but really enjoyable. Thanks, BW! Please make more just like this!

This DLC is available to be played from any point in the story and continues the story of Hawke as he leaves Kirkwall to put an end to attacks from a dwarven carta and ends up uncovering an ancient evil left behind in an abandoned Grey Warden prison.

Download Dragon Age II Legacy, face new darkspawn, forge a powerful new weapon and come to face with an ancient horror. Get Legacy today!

I like this DLC, Just one problem Key and Armor does not level scale with Hawke leaving me to want to allways use my other DLC items. I hope they make this an update to legacy.

Now the next thing is for Hawke and warden to kill the other 4 magisters in the Black City to stop the bights or find out why It was tainted in the first place.

I found this dlc to be very enjoyable, and the new party banter was priceless.

Was I the only one who started freaking out when Corypheus (I think that's how you spell it) started talking at the end? At first I was on the same boat as Anders, but then the amulet you find on his body... The whole DLC was just amazing! Even though there were moments when the audio started cracking a bit, it didn't bother me. Please, Bioware! Make more DLC like this!

I played Legacy the first time on a post campaign file, no problem. Then I played near the end of the main campaign and now Templars are broken--nothing but heads, swords and shields shown. Even in other character saves. Has anyone else seen this bug on the xbox?

Wow, I've been out for some time but didn't expect any news from DA2. Has someone completed the legacy? I'm curious to know what the game is?!

The first DLC, where the companion can finally talk and no atmospheric break is committed by having nothing to say. I squint as over at Mass Effect 2 should be retained Bioware in the future, this quality in the DLC, I will change my opinions over the bad DLC `S has an advantage but this pack, since I play again Dragon Age 2 very intense and 've grown fond of it slowly.

Hey off topic, not only did I enjoy legacy but for first time was able to finish the who needs rescuing quest. Finally was able to rescue orianna. Did legacy fix the bug? Or was it something I missed? As I have it for x box 360. Either way thanks bioware for fixing..

That was fixed with patch 1.02 actually.  So a bit before legacy even came out

Which IMO is a worthless quest anyway because to me 10 free points to distribute by giving Feynriel over to the demon far outweighs the petty few hundred xp for the quest involved afterward lol.  Again, that's just me

I always feel bad for doing that, though. Everyone yells at me and it makes me feel sad! Image IPB

I play with my gut, rather than what makes my character strong. I die a few times because of it, but I feel good.
