Haven't read for the sake of not spoiling it. If anyone quotes me and answers if should i wait for DA:2 to finish or play it mid-game?

Depends. If you complete it before All That Remains there's a meatier epilogue, but if you complete it after All That Remains, there's a more emotional epilogue.

how do you get into the magically barricaded area of the map in Riannon's floor, the rooms that are sealed with blue and red magic? I can see multiple rooms on the map and looking done the corridor, but can't access them with the power nexus. I am doing something wrong or is it a teaser area that you won't let us get into yet? Either way this is my second time through and kinda bummed about it.

@ jay433

You'll need to back to the room with the pillars e.g backtrack a bit (across the bridge). The objective is to align the colours with the same colours (when the colours turns white yoiu have solved the puzlle).
Luckily, help is at hand on youtube...

already finished it twice (DA:2 and Legacy). Going to play it a third time. There's nothing hard about the game, although I had it hard on that puzzle without any help the first time :P

I've donwloaded the DLC 2 times now (for PC). Both times, when I try to install it, the installer says:

"Installer integrity check has failed. Common causes include incomplete download and damaged media. Contact the installer's author to obtain a new copy."

I've downloaded it 2 times now, so I supose that the problem is in your file and not with my download. (I'll try to download it again).

Thanks for your time.

Im so going to laugh if you were one of the folks who used the "unofficial" link to get it....Sorry, but as M. Taylor said it's just that sadistic side of me that finds it funny that folks couldnt wait an additional 10 mins

I've purchased it through the game and I get the same message everytime? how can i fix it????

I played legacy and it was fun. The final battle was worth it. I like the ending. It opens things up for Hawke finding a way to get rid of the new super bad guy Corypheus. I would love to see them write a story around Hawke finding a way to get rid of this guy once and for all. Posted Image

I played Legacy mid game before Prime Suspect. I wanted to make sure Hawke's mom was still around.

why did they take out the sexy cg from the brothels in da 2?
why are your all of your first romantic choices homosexual?
just curious

hope they make Dragon age 3 with a multiplayer component. id love to see something like an ultima online style freedom of play!! then again i played the original final fantasy tactics and allways fantasized what my team coulda done to other teams with my ninjas mages summoners and the like. i loved dragon age origins but dragon age2 was a step in the wrong direction. why are video games nowadays all about friggin limiting you? call of duty has to have 3 or 4 exits to every building to limit campers and only 1 gun attachment with the grenade launcher.. dragon age 2 has to limit sexy scenes because oh god some p.o.s. might object and humor has to be kept to a minimum because it might shock the braindead zombies out there or maybe you developers are brain dead zombies out there maybe all that college textbook reading filled your brain with mush and your an android that would scare commander data. guess you couldnt say anything about commander data in a video game because itd be copyright infringment .. can you call someone a crackhead because thats a drug reference this societies gone down the tubes uhoh thats a a female reference to her reproductive system the feminists might sue you for dorogatory comments. but homosexuality is safe so what else is safe right now why not have a handicapped dwarf that ****s out his ass and propels his wheelchair or make all the templar captains and other officers black gotta cater to the minorities your filling kids minds with crap but then thats all you elite educated have in you but ill give ya credit varric was almost good enough for hollywood not that hollywoods anygood either allways the prettyboy hero and other crap

I found some interesting files in (Legacy): The Shriek Assassins called Howlers were reinstated to the world of Dragon Age 2. Their models are in Legacy, but do not appear in the adventure. i guess bioware will use them for a later DLC.

(Legacy): For those who would use the code "runscript appearance" with the console for a model used in Legacy, the following codes:

20104 - Genlock

20105 - Genlock Alpha

20106 - Hurlock Alpha

20107 - Shriek Assassin (Howler)

No problem with download or play... first time I was unhappy with content from Bioware - especially with DA franchise. New creatures have a nifty look, but are not just the next step up in difficulty, they are a major leap from their similar predecessors. Difficulty using combat strategies throughout (something DA encourages), Legacy makes it more often than not a question of do you have enough healing to outlast them...boring unless you're just playing as a combat time killer. New characters are in keeping with Bioware quality - rich, colorful, hints of unexpected secrecy, etc. But in order just to get to final battle, PC must cross lines/decision make, that I, at least fought against for 11 plays thru of Origins and 7 complete runs of DAII including all supplements. If you refuse, game finishes you and leaves you empty. I got halfway thru final battle and simply realized I didn't care about outcome... quit the DLC and went back to original. All the neat graphics and new characters were not enough to get me past the narrow story path, questionable moral choices, and 'new challenges' of foes who just get bigger in an environment that restricts use of strategy, sacrifice for the better good, etc. Am going home tonite to DLC Mark of the Assassin and hoping it's a more positive experience for players like me.
