Jade Empire 2 and KoTOR 3 would be nice. I'd like a new Vampire The Masquerade RPG, and I'd really like a Fallout sequel with Fallout turn-based combat.

KoTOR 3 is being made as SW:tOR. Jade Empire 2 won't happen as they're turning the Dragon Age franchise into that. I rather play Werewolf the Forsaken to Vampire the Masquerade, but That's just a matter of preferences in the World of Darkness setting (if I truly were to have it my way, the one RPG IP to be translated to PC would be Legend of the Five Rings. But we're talking sequels here).
Turn-based Fallout combat was excellent. Gaming needs more turn-based systems.

Are you saying that Vampire: the Masquerade is based on a pen-and-paper game?

I thought it was common knowledge. Here's a link to some relevant information.

Interesting - I have played quite a few PnP games, but hadn't heard of that one.

As for your comment about turn-based video games, wouldn't you agree that at this point, outside of indie games, this type of gameplay is relegated to the strategy genre?

Or do you have a different assessment?

A good gameplay mechanic should be independent of genre. There's precious few turn-based games in the market right now, which is a shame, as it requires a completely different skillset and thus makes a refreshingly change of pace from twitch-based gameplay.
Drakensang (and by extension, DA:O and DA 2) do a good job at hybridizing real time action with turn-based gameplay with the pause and play mechanics. But a full turn-based approach is missing in the cRPG genre and it's a pity, as it fits within it nicely.
I bet a turn-based shooter would make for a very clever and unique gameplay. However, there's a crippling lack of lateral thinking in the actual game industry.

A lot of people have mentioned Vampire the Masquerade: Bloodlines as one game for which they would love to see a sequel made.

If you haven't tried this game yet, Vampire the Masquerade: Bloodlines is on sale via Steam for $4.99

Now is your chance to try this awesome game!

I would buy it at D2D(since I hate having to be connected to steam while playing), but that's just me.
It's really a great game.

Star Wars games, all of them (include KOTOR III) except the force unleashed!
FO 4
Kings Bounty II
new Might and Magic
new middle school Prince of Persia
Lord of the Rings RPG( non MMRPG)
Unreal 3

I looooved Jedi Knight : Jedi Academy even though I would hardly call it an rpg. Heck at least the main character had a cool first and last name without being stuck with a predesigned character.

As for a good Lord of the Rings RPG, I'd be game, but sadly that probably won't happen in the near future.

QFT, Jedi Academy was awesome, especially over Xbox Live. I hope they revive that series someday.

I bought it over at D2D for about 5 dollars (since my brother lost the hard copy), and I installed it only to realize it needed OpenGL to work. Ughhh, I went through hell trying to get it to finally work.
Overall, totally worth it.
