Probably a safe bet. I can assure you that I'm following it closely though. Unfortunately, these cross-company things take some time to figure out what the exact issue is and who is responsible for fixing them.

I don't want to appear as a jerk but, constantly remindind the trophy issue, but it affects more than just displaying the trophies, it slows your search for trophy data and profile view, because the console knows there are unsynced trophies it automatically (tries to) sync, so unless I'm offline, I have to wait for it to "finish" syncing or cancel the sync operation, which isn't a big deal but unnecessary, and as mentioned above, when backing up, the console recommends syncing unsynced trophies... which in this case can't be synced. Thanks for the attention.

Same here for the most part lol.  I've given up on the issue because the devs seem more focused on fixing "trophy" issues, than to actually get around to say...ohhhhh.....Fixing the Mage GW armor.....Fixing the Immortality bug for Corypheus....Or fixing the bug that has caused the talent book that is usually available in Master Ilen's shop during act 2 to no longer be available....Just to name a few lol.  

But apparently,  those issues are small in comparison to the trophy sync problem.  *rollseyes* lol

Trophy sync issue doesn't require a patch (presumably anyways). All those other things, if we were to fix them would have to all be fixed simultaneously - console patches aren't short process that goes from us having a fix to you getting them, it is insanely complicated, especially when it comes to DLC.

I really hope that you guys are working on the bug where Hawke does not talk/yell during combat.

I would also like to note that ever since I installed Legacy I've been experiencing more slowdown in my game and it crashed a few times.  I hadn't had any problems with slow down and crashing since the last patch. And occasionally an enemy mob will not fall down and die even though his health should've been completely depleted. The Arishok (docks) cutscene was also so awesome that he decided to repeat twice. lol.

Or in other words, some of the pre-patch issues are creeping back since I installed Legacy.

Make sure you have the 1.03 update and also try logging in and out of your account, that seems to have worked for a few people who were having similar issues.

I am having this same issue, although I use the NA Ps3 store. I have downloaded and installed the Legacy DLC twice and nothing has happened. Each time the DLC shows up in the Game Data Utility under DA2 DLC & Patches, in the form of 641mb, but the actual DLC is not shown when I enter the game.

Wow... you guys are being harsh.  Why don't you go work for Bioware and fix the damn problems yourselves, then you'll see it can't magically be fixed overnight.  You've been repeating the same stuff for 5 pages already, I think they know what problems exist.  Now just give them time to fix it!  Play something else if it bothers you so much.  If the trophy sync thing is easier to fix in the long run, I think they'll do that first.  Get over it.  Now I'll put "lol" at the end this post so that it seems like I'm not being a jerk, lol.

I have had this problem with my Archer rogue and the last statue clicking screws up he stays in the middle when every one of the statues are clicked all I get is Hawke screaming and burning to a crisp.. i have reloaded my save over 20 times at least and he still stays in the middle not moving... all I want to do is down him and see the epic ending that everyone is talking about!! I have also downloaded the patch it was auto before starting the game a few days ago! Please help I am afraid that it could happen to my other chars I have =(

I know you guys will get to it when you can Luke.  Im mostly just giving ya a hard time .  I can understand that these things are pretty complicated and Im not even very good with coding etc.  You guys have been pretty good about getting these issues stamped out ASAHP.  You guys probably have a lot on your plate right now with ME3 and other DA2 DLC (<--I hope because Im already wanting more DLC after finishing Legacy lol) so admittedly, it's probably not #1 priority atm.  J00 has dun us gud on keeping all 0f w3 infomz on deez things so far lol.  And in light of that, I have a great deal of respect for you.  No one's twisting your arm (I hope lol) and telling you that you have to keep us informed but you do it anyway.  So many many kudos Luke, j00 izz da manz!!1

The good news is, that I havent found any other "issues" with the game so far other than the afore mentioned ones so at least there isnt any more "fuel to the proverbial fire" yea?

@Dagger - You must not see many of my other posts beyond this thread because if you did, you'd understand that while I am a jerk at times, I also tend to jest as well about these things.  Believe me, I understand full well how complicated these things are as I stated in the first part of this particular post.  But apparently, you believe I should be "sunshine and rainbows" about it and not give a friendly "ribbing" every once in a while.  You'd probably call it trolling.  Which is fine, whatever helps you sleep at night.  But I call it "what good is it if you can't joke around with things like this?"  Sure, this is an important issue.  But there has to be some dry humor injected into it somewhere otherwise it gets pretty dull.

Anytime I rip on technical issues like this, it's not out of malice.  Not at all.  However, I do sometimes wonder how some of these things get through QC without being spotted.  But beyond that,  I have no ill intent. 

Edit: Btw Luke, the tome has shown up again.  Dont ask me how or why but it just did lol.  To make sure it wasnt a fluke I reloaded my wife's saved game and checked as well and it's there.  *shrugs* Oh well, at least it's no longer an issue I think

No, my job here is just to report any issues that come up post-launch - I could probably do that just with a bit of reading and a few private messages but I find this way is much more entertaining for me...and I'm sure you guys benefit too

As for the PS3 Sync issue I'm still actively pursuing it to figure out exactly where the issue is caused. Hopefully it's just a miscommunication with Sony in which case we won't have to patch anything and it'll just work itself out (from your perspective anyways)

I am having the same problem with the UK version, PSN takes a few minutes to try to sync every time I look at my trophies or profile, reaches 17% then gives up with the legacy trophies unsynced. I seem to remember this happening previously with another game (cannot remember what though), and I think it was a problem with Sony not getting the trophies up on PSN. Makes sense since they managed to forget to put Legacy on the EU store the day it was supposed to go up...

I think Neviii is correct with his assumption... the best indication is that the trophies are missing when we try to compare them to other players... if they would be on the PSN-server, they would show up as greyed out trophies...

(the starting point might be the trophie-patch ?)

Funny thing with this Trophy sync issus are that the trophies are on Bioware the bioware profile, but not on PSN

While I'd want to agree with this, some people were saying that they were, in fact, able to sync the trophies.  So, if it was a problem with Sony not putting the trophies up, why were some people able to sync them?

2 weeks and counting... I think its time for me to complain a little. We did pay for this content you know. Has the issue at least been narrowed down, are we close to a solution? Its annoying EVERYTIME I want to check my profile, compare trophies, and check my trophy data (since it syncs automatically) to have see the ps3 try and fail to to sync.

So, there was a system update this morning and in the description it said something (amongst other things the update was doing) about syncing trophies with the server. I was like "Yes! This is it. It's fixed!" Downloaded the update, installed it, synced my trophies, and... nothing. Legacy trophies still not synced.
