Just updated my firmware, I'm a PS+ subscriber, still got the same problem.

Hang in there a little longer. Im sure they're working on it. It takes time to find the source of bug, fix it, and then test it. All we can do is wait and harass Luke for updates. =)

Okay... I am back again... Now I realize that a lot of people who played Legacy did so with a character that already had completed the game. I installed Legacy when my character was around lvl 17ish in act 2. Aside from some issues selecting Corypheous' pillars and the mage armor issue, my Legacy experience was pretty flawless.

Now When I got to end game and fought Meredith she did some WEIRD stuff and I'm trying to figure out if this was a random bug/fluke or if other people experienced this after installing Legacy. I've done a lot of runs so I know what the battle is 'supposed' to do.

Anyway, everything is going fine until we get to the part where Meredith goes into her 'crazy ramblings phase' where the entire party gets stunned. Previously because of some bug, Aveline and my warrior Hawke were usually able to continue attacking her even after the 1.03 patch. But this time everyone was beating her so hard that she couldn't stun people. Fenris, Aveline, Carver, Isabela, & Zevran were hitting her so much that she couldn't begin her ramblings phase. Now that sounds convenient at first, but she became immortal! Even with all the beating her health would not deplete and she just kept trying to do her 'bubble burst' attack and then she'd get interrupted. That went on for at least 5 minutes and I couldn't pull the warriors off of her because they weren't in my group lol. I had to have mage hawke hit them with cone of cold AOE so that *hopefully* she could transition into her final phase.

Well the last phase never happened but FINALLY her health bar slowly began to creep down. Took like 10 minutes with her last sliver of health. Anybody else ever had this happen where she couldn't properly enter the last phase? I wonder if its connected to Legacy because some people couldn't kill Corypheous because he became immortal during his last bits of health. Your thoughts?

@Anksara - You're lucky you didnt come across the Corypheus immortality bug lol. I've found a work around for it for the time being until it's actually fixed but

 I just finished a new playthrough, and I also had issues in the fight with Meredith when it got to her battle ramble.  except mine would just freeze, Hawke would be mid attack on her when it would freeze up. happened 3 times, then decided to  adjust my tactics and have Hawke attack the other enemies on screen and do crowd control  while letting the NPCs beat on her.  and once the mob was down to smaller numbers it triggered fine. I think it may have to do with the change in health bars that was implemented. that it has messed with the timing on how much faster she loses health.

*Phew* Well at least I'm not going crazy lol. I was wondering if maybe she died too fast or something. When my characters were beating on her there weren't any other mobs left other than Meredith. I also should have noted that as my Meredith was doing wierd stuff, the in game music was fading in and out- like when she starts talking, but she was never able to say her dialogue or stop bubble bursting lol. I never had this issue pre-Legacy installation though.  I've also had some slow down and crashing too that wasn't there after 1.03 patch. Image IPB

@Aradace Yea I know I'm lucky. *knocks on wood* I haven't experienced the bug... YET.  I don't know what it was, but I'm pretty sure that Legacy is to blame for the 'immortality glitches' because I've noticed mobs all throughout the game from little thugs to elite assassins, when their health bar gets to zero they keep running around.  I was doing the Nathaniel quest the other day and there was this little dark spawn with an empty health bar and we were just pounding him and pounding him but he wouldn't die. Then he stopped fighting us and just took off running toward the beginning of the level- I didn't even bother to chase him, but he seemed to know where the hell he was going because I certainly didn't. Yea, normal mobs, etc,  would do it ever so often before Legacy but it hardly ever happened.  But now, after Legacy, it seems like every other mob I kill goes "immortal" and I physically have to have my entire party quit beating on even the simplest creatures so that they'll die proper before moving on to the next one.  My solo runs arent so bad.  If a mob goes immortal, I just simply move on to the next one and it dies (usually lol).  But sometimes, the "dead" mob will chase me down while Im beating away at another, hit me a couple times, then die.  It's actually quite funny sometimes but annoying as hell when it's an elite assassin that does it.

Sadly no, and it has been a while since someone from bioware popped up to share information here. And there doesn't seem to be a hurry to iron the issues (or atleast that's my impression). If no one replies today we'll have to wait till monday IF they do decide to update us. And I know they preached patience, but that was almost 3 weeks ago when the Legacy dlc launched.

Yeah... I don't know if it's just me but I'd think since we're pushing a month since it was released that AT LEAST the trophy sync issue would be fixed. I'm starting to get impatient now.

I've had the same trophy sync issues since the Legacy DLC came out. I completed Legacy and obtained all the trophies, but it will not sync to Sony's servers correctly. It shows in my personal trophy collection, but not on Sony's servers. Other games' trophies are working fine. I just deleted and reinstalled the game data, update 1.03, and all the DLC for DA2 just to see if maybe I had a glitch/corruption in the files, but that didn't correct the issue. Oh well, worth a try.

So, any news on the synch issue?

Y'know in my experience with DA II (and all content related), the only thing that hasn't glitched on me in some way or another is the DLC rogue pack.

It's still being addressed. I can't really say what the hold-up is but I am still actively harassing people to make sure this gets done.

I typically don't give updates when nothing has changed but since you asked there it is. I will let you know when something new happens.

Okay, thanks.  Please kept harassing them, lol.  This has to be something on Sony's end, right?  And one would think that they would be a little quicker with the customer service after that charade a while back.  Or do they think we've forgotten already?  They're lucky I'm such a huge Sony fan or else I wouldn't have put up with that crap.

I get it Luke, but if this thread was created specifically for the Legacy dlc issues, you shouldn't have to harrass. You are doing your job, but those who are supposed to deal with this aren't. What is the point of this thread if you have to pursue those that should and can fix this? Please keep reminding them that it's not just showing trophies, everything trophy related on the ps3 xmb has slown down. So the basic features of the ps3 trophy system aren't working properly because of the Legacy trophies not syncing.

Um, sorry if this was already addressed somewhere- I've scrolled through a few different threads, but I was just wondering if there were any plans to fix the LI banter bug? It's not a huge deal or anything, I was just enormously surprised when I decided to kill a few hours this weekend by doing a legacy runthrough with my Lady Hawke Mage who romanced Anders. Wow- there was... stuff. The first time through was fun, but my rogue w/ Fenris LI played through the same way my warrior w/ no LI did. So- just wondering really, if there is even a fix planned.

I REALLY hope they do fix it. There's nothing I love more than banter involving LIs, and Fenris is my usually choice so I'm quite sad it was bugged.

Knowing it was there would definitely prompt me to play it through again- Even though I actually generally avoid the romances, The bit from Varric in the main game about Fenris being "prickly- like a broody porcupine!" made me laugh out loud.  I brought them both hoping for more hilarity.

I actually still need to play a 3rd time to do the secret boss, which I didn't know existed until I was already past the point of fighting it in my 2nd run.  I need to do one with my Hawke who romanced Anders too.  But yeah, I'd definitely play it again just to hear the Fenris LI ones.  They make me *squee*, lol.

I don't know if it's fixed for anyone else, but I just turned on my PS3 to check the store update-all of the Legacy trophies have been added to my profile.
