I had tooo for my cowl.
Join one set of colours at a time, and then just turn them until they all join. If that makes sense..
Took me 10 minutes of just twisting everything..

Hoy... I just kinda skipped through that power nexus...... and must have missed the whole puzzle.

Does it lead to any good rewards?

If anybody is struggling with it, here's a hint: there's one layer that only has one solution. If you figure out which, and solve for it first, it makes solving for everything else a lot easier.

They're on the walls in rooms, I'm on xbox so I bring up my radial menu and sweep around looking for stuff

You go to the room where the coloured barriers were (now gone) and it's in a chest.

Is this in the DLC? Where in the DA2 campaign do you see this?

It's a puzzle in the Legacy DLC.

I think I know which you are referring to... funny thing is, I solved it unintentionally before I even flipped the switch to turn that beam on. Went running back to the room thinking I'd have to do some more shifting only to see the beam in 'solved' position. :wizard:

Kind of fun because on my first playthrough where I'd missed out that that was the reason for all them power switches and only just done the one to get me out of the puzzle room, I did the bottom one in a different route to the way I had initially when I went to solve the whole thing properly, so I guess had I not and had remembered how I had gone through originally I might not have been so lucky hehe

Start from the bottom, then work your way up. Solve it color by color. Normally, I hate puzzles... but I actually enjoyed this one. It was fun!

I found an online video guide for this to figure it out. I had a dickens of a time trying to figure it out on my own, then said fudge it and went online to find what I needed. The internet is awesome!

Uhm...I feel kind of weird it only took me two or three minutes to solve this one. You only need one line and the bottom urns can be aligned to connect all of them.

I got it by working on the color blue first and then worked my way around that afterwards.

You know... funny thing:

When the characters in a game are telling me WE HAVE TO HURRY, I tend not to hang around fiddling with a puzzle. I had no idea there was anything else to do with that room, since the dialogue (and the story logic) is all move on, move on, we've got to beat her there!

Another good example of how the lack of any actual significance to time in most video games drives me kinda batty. ;) If you're trying to build tension, but it doesn't actually mean anything...

anyway. may have to go back and tinker with this one later.

What about Daneken's Floor puzzle? Can't find the answer anywhere. I'll check youtube again or something.

As I recall the whole thing fell into place like Jenga when I got the third layer up to work.  I forget which color that was.

Which is that? The torch puzzle? IIRC, I just clicked on them randomly until something happened.

Oddly enough, I didn't have much trouble with the power nexus puzzle once I realized that there was one. My first time through, I had to solve for the yellow beams to get out of the room, but I didn't even realize that there were beams of other colors.

I totally missed it on my first playthrough and noticed it by chance the next time. I was going to sit around doing it on paper and then realized that I should just get one color to work and then get the other colors to work by moving the pillars that the first color didn't pass through (then turning the pillars that it did judiciously)
