I just tried buying 400 bioware points and had the transaction fail twice. But when I checked with my bank account it showed the money had been taken out for both transactions. So what I would like to know is if there is any way I could get my money back or the points that are owed me, because I'm not a big fan of just giving companies money for nothing.

I pulled up your account and see that the points were added to your account and you were able to use them to purchase Dragon Age 2: Legacy DLC.
