Okay, I had a save where I had already leveled a Warrior to 50 and was curious as to how high the stats went on The Hawke's Key.

One-Handed - 74 Attack
Two-Handed - 85 Attack, +6 STR

I'll find out about the armor later.

How does the one-handed sword and 2-handed sword look? Unless the the pictures of the 2-handed are correct

There are formulas on the OP to easily calculate all the stats using player level.

It's possible they're not bugged. Well, Carver's mace is obviously bugged. But unattainable items are standard in DA2 DLC, thus far. If you look at the item packs, for example, every party member actually has a second gift item (all of them infinitely better-balanced than the ones you can actually get). So it wouldn't be all that new if they'd made some assets and just decided not to implement them.

Can someone please explain to me about "Attacks ignore enemy armor" for Hawke key (my Hawke is is an archer btw)? How much does it ignore enemy armor or does it completely ignore it?

Hood's Message to the King absolutely crushes The Hawke's Key, if you have it. Elemental damage innately ignores armor, and +fire% damage can be increased far more easily than +physical% damage. Eg. Robes of Unblemished Cleanliness, Ring of the Ferryman, and Eye of Blue alone add up to 68%. Physical can't touch that. Not only that but it has 2 rune slots for 10% more damage and ~38% attack speed. As a bonus, there are a handful of enemies weak to fire, which is a 2x multiplier.

Yeah. I do have Hood's message. It is probably the best bow i have in the game, but I still need Hawke key because some enemies (ie dragon) in NM level has fire immunity. So i have to make sure the attack ignore armor is good or not. If i use Hood's message, my archer Hawke's normal dmg is about 780~900. and crit attack is about 1700. I use double haste which make my team dps gone crazy like a monster machine. Love archer style. Best dps

Currently:
crit dmg 285%
crit chance 100%

Damage 157 dps 167
attack 100% 867

P.S somehow i have three specialization points and i have no idea how i got it. So i got duelist, shadow and assassin. All together = overpower :D

Right. The only time you shouldn't be using Hood's is for fire-immunes. Your archer sounds nasty. That's what I loved about mine, the insane damage output.

Don't suppose anyone knows if the Warden rogue armour and mage robes are supposed to look the same, or whether that's a bug?

They are. Luke Barrett said so on tech help forums:

Third, a few people have mentioned that the Rogue/Mage armor uses the same art asset. This was intentional. Now, I'm sure the obvious 'why?!' question will jump in to your heads but I can't go in to those details so unfortunately you'll just have to accept it for what it is.

The very fact that they "can't go in to those details" means that it wasn't intentional.  All he's really saying here is that they aren't planning to fix it.  Bethany and Janeka have a unique Warden robe skin that in all probability was meant to be the Robes of the Silent One.  Notice when you meet Janeka you see the rogue and warrior versions of the armor on her companions, so it's not like those other two armors are unique.

Wow- lot of very helpful information here! Thanks all.

I didn't see it mentioned anywhere, so I guess "+better equipment" gear doesn't improve your character level for the gear drops? Making a level 6 Hawke a level 7 Hawke for gear generation purposes?

(I ask because that is how I thought they worked in the base game- each +better equip property adds +1 character level to the loot tables-  If I'm wrong please let let me know.)

Edit: According to theendcomes formulas, +equip items don't modify the character level variable. I picked up the graven ring at level 12 with a plus equip, and the stats were as predicted. If +equip added a +1 to char. level, it should have been higher.
