I loved it, I love how much it takes into account everything you have done or not done, who is with you, when you're doing it, etc. The only downside is that I cannot wait for the next DLC ... although now my expectations are really high, so I may be setting myself up for disappointment.

I just finished all of the trophies in Legacy with my end game Rogue Hawke. I took the Grey Warden Bethany (she rocks as a force mage), Varric and Merrill. Awesome DLC! The fights were definitely more challenging. The puzzles were very well made, especially the beams of light puzzle. Took me about 30 minutes to figure that one out. The story line was really engaging. I really like the new look of Genloks and hurloks.
The equipment is good but not over powered. Lots of good banter between party members. Just an all around great DLC. If future DLC, expansions and DA games go in this direction, I think DA will have a bright future.
Excellent job Bioware. Oh and thank you for allowing Bethany and Carver. Hawke's siblings (especially Bethany) are some of my favorite characters. Its so nice to be able to use her again.

Probably the best DLC yet, and I hope it sets the standard for future Bioware DLC`s.
The only complaint is that during the Cory battle the two rotating walls of fire are way to easy to avoid simply by standing by the pillar, which marginized the damage from the fire wall.
Killed Cory on hard on my first attempt. Had one death (had ressurection so np) before I realized hugging the pillar/statue thing really made the fire wall a joke.
Other than that, awesome job Bioware, great story.
Edit: I`d like to add though, that I do like the way Bioware is going with boss battles, making you think positioning and adding phases to the fight, rather than just tank it`n spank it.
I enjoyed the Cory fight a lot, and will not hug the pillars next time around, but try to kite/kill the guardians.

I agree. The DLC was fun! It felt more like what I'd have wanted the whole game to be. I'd say I found it more interesting than any of the game's quests. It finally felt like I was discovering something meaningful.
I'm not one who supports the massive flaming that has been going on here. But I felt DAII was lacking something that made DA:O enjoyable for me. And the DLC had it again. More showing, less telling.
And the scenery was beautiful. The banter was awesome. We learned something about the party members and had a Warden-Commander reference. The DLC tied in well with the rest of the game thanks to the frame narration (something I found lacking with the DA:O DLCs).
Thank you, Bioware. Can we please have more of this?

What LotSB did for ME2, Legacy did for DAII.
By the far the best DLC I've played in the DA universe, intense combat, no out-of-the-air spawning, new enemy types, tough boss fights (god damn it, the secrets boss was harder than the final one), party interaction, funny conversations and good loot (love the Armor of Fortress and the new sword!).
Thank you so much Bioware!

Out of all Bioware DLC I've played, this is possible the best one. The environments more interesting and combat feels more standard with less but more powerful enemies. While the game is still linear its environments will now and then strive off giving a sense of openness. I did however come across a bug that can be easily passed, after beating the final boss, the scene replayed, however I was able to end it with ESC.

I don't know about the best Bioware DLC to date thing. I kind of think LotSB was better what with the epic introduction to the SB's ship and the fight against Tela Vasir. In terms of Dragon Age series DLC, I think this is the best one they released. Imo, Warden's Keepo and Stone Prisoner was ok, but they didn't have any epic boss fights nor did they have any major secret boss fight that Legacy has.
