Even though Garrus is my main LI, I wouldn't call him physically hot. That would be Kaidan.

There's only one real man in this series - Wrex. So you can keep all the other men in the game, none of them measure up to his impossible standards of masculinity, gravelly-voiced-ness and ass-whuppin' power. And since you can't romance Wrex...

Guess that just leaves the ladies. But one is a bit dull and a little predjudiced to boot. One is too conventional-looking for me. One is a bit too clingy from moment one. And one has a bucket on her head. So I prune away the chaff, aaaaand...

I'm not sure it would be fair to even include Miranda since there's really no contest when paired with the other LI's (you can't really beat the token hot bad girl).

Female: Jack I am a straight female and would totally romance her were it possible she is stunning, but I really love the whole package, bald head, hot lips, tattoos and so strong and full of badassery she is like a hot woman that is part Krogan. Wrex as a hot chick.

that wasn't the question though.  

Thane is hot... yes. I still say Garrus.  and for the girls... Jack. yeah. Jack.  Kaiden is pretty hot too.
