Well I feel weird about talking about the attractiveness of video game characters (and that isn't me trying to make myself feel superior or make fun of anyone) but what the hell.

I honestly can't decide, but I'd say Ashley (out of personal preference.)
With Liara and Miranda coming in second equally (cause I can't decide.) Also yes I am aware that Miranda has weird teeth but that is just because her face is based off of a real life person...that is probably the main reason why she is second I think.

As for Tali I wouldn't say she isn't hot, she has the whole mysterious thing going on and she has a nice body but still, I don't feel comfortable saying she is the hottest since she is wearing that mask.

EDIT: I forgot Jack. Personally I would say Jack is just slightly behind number 2 for me. And just a bit above Tali.

Samara's facial features i found amazing. I've explored all romance options as well and i gotta admit i also liked her romance the most.

That being said my "canon" Shepard was/is/will forever be single. She wouldn't risk compromising the mission for a quick lay.
