I got the email today advertising the Edge DLC item. I registered my UPC here on the network, went in game and checked my downloads section but it isn't in there? Is it not available yet on Xbox Live?

Also, when I start the game and after it connects to the Dragon Age servers and checks my downloaded content it gives me an message saying "Unable to access your online profile storage. The game has encountered an error." which it's been doing for about a week now (it previously worked fine). Could that be the problem?

I think you have to actually be able to upload your info to this site, which of course, I am unable to do. so...I dunno, I would certainly LIKE to recieve the edge, I registered my UPC code on this site, I just can't correlate this accout with my xboxlive account.

DLC dagger availabe if you bought the game before November 30. You also have to register online before Nov. 30

I havent even gotten the email and I have two albeit very behind uploaded characters on here and my 360 is registered.

Well some of my friends have gotten it and I just registered today (yes I am slow) so I will post back if I get the edge) Anyways have faith my friends, you will get the edge someday.

I havent even seen where to get it from and it would be somewhat useful since I am on my Rogue playthrough.

Open a ticket with EA support about the issue. I bet it's simple for them to give you the item.

I got the same email/newsletter, but I thought The Edge would be only available if you buy the game directly in the EA store... or am I mistaken?

Yesterday was a Saturday now it's Sunday, kraidy. I'd say that waiting at least until the next business day (monday) wouldn't be too far off an expectation. Not that it wouldn't be a pleasant surprise to get the email earlier, just that you probably shouldn't expect it.



I didn't hear about this, and just registered my game with EA because of it - I'm hoping that I'll get the code for it tomorrow.

It's been happening for me automatically, though I first made a character with the character creator and when through all that. Try doing that first, and eventually your characters from your xbox should upload (at least mine have). If all else fails try registering your game with EA, though mine have been uploading before then even.

There's an option in the menu to enable or disable the automatic character upload. I don't know if there's a manual upload, but the auto one is slow and buggy if it works at all.

You aint kidding. Its been almost a day and a half with no upload for my Elf Rogue. No portait, no character on display, and it still has me as a level 5 when I am a 10.
