Purchased Legacy twice

So I just purchased 1600 BW points -- the intent to get both Legacy DLC and the all class pack for Dragonage 2. After purchasing Legacy, I'm pretty sure I made the purchase twice by pressing the back button as I now have two email confirmations that I have purchased this content.

Can anything be dont so I don't have to waste $10?

Wrong place to ask. This area deals specifically with the store operated by Treehouse Brands. The BiowWare store does not sell the DLC for the games.

For support issues regarding those purchases, you would need to contact EA Support.

BioWare points sold by EA and not BioWare yet redeemed on BioWares website. Interesting. Thanks for the direction.

I understand the frustration. The BioWare store this forum supports is actually a third party website that sells liscensed products, sush as shirts, artwork and other items. It's not actually run by EA or BioWare, and does not sell any of the software, DLC or points related to the various BioWare games.

Support for most, if not all, of EA's titles is handled directly through the main EA Support page at http://support.ea.com/.

I logged in an hour before work (it's now 8.47) and something similar has just happened to me, however EA won't accept my account login arrrrghhhhhhhhh


I have logged into their account support before, but it just doesn't want to know, even reset my p/w ... great way to start a Friday :-(
