Tried all of Bioware's instructions on how to get trophy and no luck. Played both characters through final battle from different starting locations multiple times with no luck. I know this worked for some people, so please let me know if you are experiencing this same problem or, if not, how exactly you got the trophy to pop (delete old saves, reinstall game data, ensure you don't skip dialogue, etc). If Bioware would like to acknowledge that this is still a problem and give me any suggestions (even if it's wait for next patch, which I already did) that would be great.

As far as I knew this was resolved in the last patch. If you're on xbox there is a chance your titleupdate got bumped by having installed too many other title-updates since getting it I believe so double-check to make sure when you redid the final battle (and it has to be on 2 completely different characters) it was with this version.

I am playing on PS3. I turned the system on one day and it said the Dragon Age 2 patch 1.02 was installed (using the PS Plus auto-update feature). It was definitely on two different characters (a male rogue and a female warrior).

Aside from saying 'try harder!' all I can say is that I haven't seen any complaints since 1.02 came out.

Not at all, even my sarcastic dialogue choice yields the 'report issue' outcome.

Copy all. I'll try a little harder, but I've almost put a whole new campaign's worth of time on replaying these final battles. Fun stuff.

I've deleted the game data and reinstalled (it reinstalled v1.03), as well as deleting all my old post-campaign saves in hopes that it would recognize these new wins and give me the trophy. Can someone at least tell me when the trophy is supposed to pop (credits, after beating meredith, sometime during the dialogue...). This is extremely frustrating.

Just tried both characters from very beginning of Last Straw, making new choices with each, and played through to the end with no luck. Does skipping dialogue affect the trophy? When should it pop (credits?)

As of version 1.05, I still can't get this to unlock, re-beating Meredith with both of my characters. Any chance anyone at Bioware is still working on this? Extremely irritated that I can't get this platinum, and I'm refusing to play completely through a third time, especially when I don't know if it would even pop then. There are too many good games out that I don't want to spend that much time on one I've already played twice.
