I want to post a new topic with possible spoiler discussion. but the "post new topic" link only appears when i enter this forum ("Dragon Age: Origins General Discussion (NO SPOILERS ALLOWED))

you need to register your copy of dragon age with the account you use to post on these forums.

note, I removed your other thread since it was concerning spoilers in this "no spoilers" forum :-)
