Right,for your information,Legacy is not the first DLC to be delayed on Asia PSN,Bioware has history,and that history went back to Dragon Age:Origin.Return To Ostagar,which was supposed to be released at March 13th 2010 globally,we only got that 2 months after it was released.Same goes with Leliana's Song,Golem of Amgarrak and Witch Hunt,which were only available on PSN 2 to 3 months after the official release date.
Not only Dragon Age 2,the issue spread to Mass Effect 2 as well.Arrival,which was released on March 29th 2011,released on PS Store 3 weeks later than the actual release time.And what frustrates me even more,is until now Appearance Pack 2 is still not available on Asia PS Store.What the hell?
Now,you might think:"Jeez,stop whining and go make a US account."Well,I did,and my credit card cannot be used on US PSN(keep showing "Credit Card info is invalid"message,which is bull**** since the same card works on my Asia account).Playstation Network Card,you say?Well,not an option since none are sold here.
Well,there goes my ranting and whining here and there.Hopefully Bioware see to this matter and give us an answer...
