who was the other squad mate that your shepard became BFF with. the person you took with you on every mssion. not your LI thats diferent I mean your buddy.

for me It was Garrus my shep and him where like old war buddies and whent on ever mission together. it was garrus that had my back on the collector base and he lead the second attack unit. I have him alive for ME3 and ill continue to keep him as my right hand man.

Well my bro and I use the term bro as in brother from another mother type of way and a positive was Garrus for mshep.

Garrus was the crush she could never have but then was elated to findout he wanted to give her the time of day in 2.

my bff was Tali and Liara in ME but sense 2 and the cold shoulder she's now only bff with Tali and only is acquaintances with Liara.

Tali was a good acquaintance to mshep in ME and he was happily stunned that there was a rumor that Tali might like him and thought it was only kelly saying things when that rumor turned out to be true however he was uber happy to have her as his girlfriend.

Grunt is also a semi-bro, and Thane is more a good friend than a bro. Jacob had amazing potential to be a bro, but they somehow missed that opportunity.

see liara was my LI in ME but in ME2 my she fell for tali and of course my buddy Garrus was with me in both games and will be there in ME3

grunt was more like my little brother and thane was a good friend and jacob I never realy cared for.. I just never got to know him nor cared to.

On my most recent playthrough it turned out to be Zaeed. Good weapons + Disruptor Ammo + Incendiary Grenade = Great combo... plus he has fun banter

But speaking in meta terms, it's Garrus. Always Garrus.

legion to me felt more like an alliance. My shepard still had a lot of hate for the geth but allowed legion to serve him as his allie and Zaeed was a hired gun and felt thatw ay yeah he was funny and kool to hang out with but you knew he was not coming back for ME3

Well, it was punishment until I thought to myself: You know he's not that bad. It's just others do his role better in the end. IIRC he's the fastest at unlocking Squad Inceniary ammo.

i found jacob to be very dull and had very little intrest as a squady..if it wasn't for my desire to have the no man left behind campain I would have left him and a few others to die.

Jacob. The only one who will always declare himself ready for anything, and ready to get drunk with Shepard once everything's done.

Garrus was always a good bro, but they should have had his final conversation option be more like Jacob's, stating his readiness for the mission...rather than calibrations.

In that respect, Grunt and Jacob are the only two who you really feel are ready and psyched at the end of their mission and conversation arcs. Jacob actually seems happy and focused, and Grunt just sounds overjoyed when he considers that he has a great clan and the greatest battlemaster of all time.

I've only played one mShep, and everybody in the ship were his bros, maybe Garrus was the best of the bros though. For my main fShep, who romanced Garrus... THE bro has to be Zaeed.

ME2 - Grunt. It might have been Legion but he's sadly not around until late in the game.

I try not to give into the Krogan temptation but their lure is strong ;-)

I'm not sure someone as innately bad ass as Zaeed allows him to be a bromance. I mean, I like Garrus and he's a badass, but Zaeed has that extra special helping of badass that doesn't really make him so much a bro but more a one man army of such bad ass magnitude that he defies the brocode.

He's not a bad character per say but when there's so many other more interesting and likable characters than him then it becomes painful to bring him along. I always ditch him for Zaeed the first chance I get.
