Profile login problem

I have a profile at BSN since 2009 and untill now I've been able to log in no problem but yesterday when I tried to login to buy the new DA2 dlc I wasn't able to so I attempted to login several times with no succes and decided to use the forgot my password option first I typed my email addres with www. infront and didn't receive anything so I tried again this time without the www. infront and I got the change your pass email so I chenged it and logged in and was greeted with pick your display name screen (wtf) of cource it didn't let me pick my old display name so I got the one I am using now and the real problem not one of the dlc I've bought before was avaible. I've searched for my old display name throgh the find more friends option and its stil there but I can't accses it I can only log in with the one I use now.
As far as I can tell both display names are currently linked to the same email account but I can log in only as the new one.
Any help will be appreciated
Please forgive me any spelling or other errors - not a native speaker

I'm having an issue where I can't "confirm" my password to buy DLC, so I attempted to change my password, and was successful, when I tried to do it again, I got the same problem. All I keep getting is a wrong password message when I attempt to buy dlc. =\\

I hope someone may be from BioWare can help with this issue because its realy getting annoying

Unfortunately, you're looking in the wrong place.

This forum deals with support issues for the Bioware merchandise store, run by Treehouse Brands.  This particular store does not sell the DLC, BioWare points, etc..

For help with your DLC, passwords, etc, you need to open a support ticket on the main EA Support page located at http://support.ea.com/

that would be great if they were working. I keep being bounced back. They obviously aren't answering, so I've given up

odd that I could sign in and buy points and download a DLC, but their support's bouncing me out.
ho hum, I'd be cross but it's only a few quid.
