Well, I recently got ME2, and I registered a code for the Cerberus Network right here on the site. Now when I try to access it on my Xbox (by pressing Y on the main menu) I get an error saying "Communication with the Mass Effect 2 server was interrupted or has timed out. Please try again later."

I've restarted my router, I've waited to see if I could access it at a later time, but that didn't work.
What could be causing this problem? Do I need to forward any specific ports in my router to make it work, maybe?
