So, I logged on to day to purchase the DA2 legacy expansion, unfortantly when I go to "confirm" my password, it says I've entered an incorrect password, so I changed my password from the EA site, attempted again, and have received the same error message. I don't know exactly what I'm supposed to do to fix this.......

It's not working for me was just trying to buy some more ME2 DLC content and even though I can log into EA and bioware my same password won't allow me to access the checkout

I have the same problem. Also can't log in to the Dragon Age servers when starting the game. Says i have incorrect username or password. Tried to reset, did not help. Cant log in on the Social Network on my PC either (using my iPad to post where I'm alredy loged on).

Well, I have fixed it. Seems that the problem was with IE 7. I wasn't able to use the form on ea.com properly to reset my password with IE 7. Used Firefox instead then everything worked just fine.
