Here's the art of female shepard by Rafael Grassetti.  Keep in mind this is just fan art and not something going into the game:







Saw these pictures and I really liked them.  Why can't Female Shepard be visually distinctive, when it comes to armor, from the male Shepard?  This suit causes no problems, as Kinetic barriars are in play when it comes to shields. 

Edit-- Slowly realizing others don't share the same sentiments.  If the front were more covered up, would it be a good armor choice for Fem Shepard?  Would you mind it in the game if it were in there?  

Edit #2 -- No need for the bashing.  Just posting what I saw.  Wanted opinions on it.

But if you seriously want to see Female Shepard wearing this, you might as well never propose an idea for the Mass Effect series ever again.

Personally? I think it's terrible for being in a Mass Effect universe, looks like something more for Star Trek.

In terms of artwork, well, technically, nice job.

Nice art I gues, but REALLY not something I would want in the game. In fact, I would hate it. Way too sexualized.

The fact that the female hero is NOT oversexualized is one of the things I like with ME.

Why is that? Not something a soldier would wear i'll admit but a biotic? Perhaps an infiltrator? Why does the female version have to wear the same stuff?

Why does a person who's going to get shot at have to wear something to protect her chest? Is this a real question?

Face is strong, underlying modelling skills very good, outfit TOTALLY inappropriate for Shepard (some NPC maybe), haircut fairly inappropriate for Shepard.

So yeah, like the face, think the artist is skilled, but I don't think the "whole" is a good fit for ME.

Very good quality work, just not every Mass Effect-esque. Also, I've had my fill of catsuits in ME2. On a related note, the artist does actually work for BioWare (in Montreal).

I thought that biotic characters were protected by biotic shields, foregoing any real need for armor. Also, what about kInetic barriars?
