I prefer the face to the femsheps on Facebook. She looks more mature and more battle-hardened. The outfit doesn't really fit the Universe, though. It's more Dragon Age fantasy than Mass Effect sci-fi.

I really love the armour they've got on the Facebook ones.

BOOO!! Okay so whose juvenile fantasy is this? A Bioware employee? Please let us maintain what little dignity the series has left. I must say the artist is very talented but his creative mind is geared more towards Bayonetta and not Mass Effect.

The sad thing was the armor did look nice..until well it stopped being armor. Seriously, is it that hard to cover up the chest in armor? She is a marine, not a female Conrad Verner.

The gratuitous lace details offend me more than the huge expanse of unnecessary cleavage.

What self respecting soldier dresses up their armor with lace? If this is standard issue, now, where are the ruffles???

Edit:  or are those symmetrical tattoos on her arms and chest???  Either way, it's an odd and out of place detail.

The fact that Kotaku likes this says it all.  Ugh.

Here's hoping Grassetti can take some tips from  Patryk "Garrett" Olejniczak  seeing as they've both been recruited.

I think the pelvis armor looks like a big metal diaper.

Why is she thrusting her boobs at me? Is she planning to clobber me with those? I'm both scared and happy at the same time.

But no it doesn't fit Mass Effect in the slightest.

Personally I'd pick patrick's one every day. As I said cleavage + catsuit + tattoos =/= Shepard.

Is it possible that's Vigilante character that we had from IMDb?

Don't think so. He says it's just a personal work inspired by the ME universe. Also, he was only recently hired by BW wasn't he? Though maybe. Could see it happening.

There's catsuits and then there's that. I love the neck opening, like it's some sort of target. ["AIM HERE SNIPER."] Beautiful work, but no. Just no.

I'm willing to make a compromise though. Shelpoo completely naked, vanguard charging enemies. When this happens we can talk sexy catsuit lady.

I wonder how many would cancel their preorders right away if BW came out and said that this is the official ME3 fem-armor..

I wouldnt go that far.  But I would think introducing this as a game armour as it is would alienate a lot of fans.

However as my post on the last page stated, Bioware know not to do this.  Its been mentioned time and again and they have responded.   As we know this person is new and probably learning the ropes still on whats expected in Mass Effect.    He clearly very talented and I would love to see a tweaked version of this.

With all due respect (and all ME fans know what that means), keep your goth space stripper costume and give me a hi res version of the awesome-looking capacitor chestplate.

Reminds me too much of The Matrix. So I say no.

Those are high quality concepts from a fan...but stylisticly they don't jive with me, they look very cheesy, especially with the low cut front to her suit. That's a great place to get shot having all that exposed area in the middle of her chest.

Personally? I think it's terrible for being in a Mass Effect universe, looks like something more for Star Trek.

In terms of artwork, well, technically, nice job.

+1

I physically recoiled when I saw that outfit. My FemShep would rather become a husk than go out in that.
