Between my brother and I we have all of the ME2 DLC, bar the apperance packs and a weapon pack or 2.
My brother has overlord and kasumi, while I have everything else and neither of us can access the other's downloads. It's really frustrating because I want to play DLC and my brother wants better weapons/armors so he can beat harder difficulties. We've transfered all our content liscens to the new console (not that we were ever able to access each others downloads on the first one mind you.) so that's not the issue. I've tried re-downloading everything again, but that hasn't worked either. Can someone help us please?

I'm his brother, and yes this problem is quite frustrating. I don't know if he made this clear or not, but we CAN access our OWN dlc ( kasumi and overlord for me, cerberus network stuff, weapons packs and arrival for him.) However we can't access the other one's downloads (so I can't access arrival, any of the cerberus network stuff or any of the weapon packs, and he can't play overlord and kasumi.)

We may have spoken too soon. On the advice of someone on the xbox.com forums I tried playing as me with his account signed on with a second controller and I seem to have the missions from Kasumi and Overlord in my journal.

We just tried it with his account and he has access to all my weapons and armor so long as I'm signed on. It seems we don't need help after all.

I know you mention that you've stated you have solved your problem, I admit that I am still a bit sceptical.

What you described is symptomatic of a Gamertag not belonging to the console. If you both recover your respective Gamertags then you should have proper access to each other's dlc without the other having to sign-in or be logged onto XBox Live.

We should have access yes, but we don't. If I sign my brother out kasumi's dossier and mission disappear, If I sign out, all of his DLC weapons disappear. Both our gamertags have been recovered to this console so it really should work but it doesn't. As I briefly touched on in my first post our first xbox wouldn't allow us access to each other's DLC either. It's very strange.

That is strange as you say. Between the license transfer and the Gamertag recovery it should solve the problem. Are you able to access the EA servers OK? Just wondering if it's a verification issue.

I don't think we've ever had a problem accessing the EA servers. A message would pop up and tell us that there was a problem connecting to the EA servers wouldn't it? If so than we've never had a problem with that.

You're right, it should. Very strange indeed. At least it's working now. Just trying to see if there's a particular reason as to why your dlcs aren't being accessed the way they are intended to be.
