Use you EA account to ask them a question (hope it's translated correct as i did it from Dutch) and add pictures of the game and the game key code together with a proof of purchase. (Use the opload program, below the question form!!!)
After this you can do 2 things: Wait or contact them by phone or live chat to speed things up. If you have a legal copy of the game the will give you a Cerberus redeem code and you can unlock Cerberus.

Just installed ME 2 for the first time. (Purchased new on disc) Also installed patch 1.02 before i started the game. After installation completed i used the Cerebrus redeem code on my EA account.(In game) Instead of doing anything it keeps asking for a redeem code. Offcourse it tells me my redeem code is already in use when i try again.
Using Windows 7 64.
Already searched the forum but couldn't find anything about this.
Anyone able to help me?
Restarted the computer once, started again, auto connect gave a time out error, tried manuel, needed to log on again and got back to the redeem issue
I was able to register the game.
