I'm playing as a Soldier on the Hardened difficulty. My weapons are the Reventant Machine Gun (with the accuracy upgrade), the Predator Pistol, the Geth Plasma Shotgun, and the Viper Sniper Rifle, along with whatever Heavy Weapon I decide to choose. So, which is better for my playstyle- Hardened or Heightened Adrenaline Rush?

Since you have the Revenant, you need the Hardened version. It keeps you safe to keep firing once your shields go down, allowing you to finish mooks off instead of having to duck back in cover and let'em get away with 20HP to keep harrassing you.
Heightened works best with Mattock/Widow soldiers.
