Well...... to see her again will be great( especially Oghren) and it would be nice to have her in the team because she is a beast mage. But....... she cant heal to save her life even though she isnt a healer like that. xD

If Flemeth's appearance in DA2 showed anything it was that they were not done with that story line. I think it just didn't have anything to do with DA2 and I'm glad given the way they tried the Qunari and Mage/Templar plots at the same time, they didn't try and fit it in DA2. I hope its a big part of DA3, I'd hate to see it all resolved in a short, rushed DLC.

Honestly, given the last lines of DA2 between Cassandra and -spoiler- about The Warden and Hawke, my guess is Flemeth has something to do with that.

I agree. Although you might get us in trouble with your spoilers lol. Flemeth and Morrigan will be a big part of DA3.Flemeth knows something that we don't. It has been that way since the beginning when you first meet her. But i don't think she will just show up. Since DA2 and DA:O happened roughly at the same time we have no idea how this is going to play out. In my opinion I think she might show up in the body of another women. Remember the Book? That might come in to play. Maybe you have Morrigan in your party walking somewhere then Flemeth shows up in form of a spirit or something and she takes control of Morrigan and you have to get Morrigan back. I really would like to see them incorporate the child in to the mix. Maybe in DA3 you are the child grown up. maybe in his teens and you fight to get your mother back. maybe find the Warden

Just curious... Am I missing much by not playing Morrigan? I'm a mage and she just wasn't that tough. I kept the rogue from the bar, starts with L but she's boring. I guess what I'm wondering is do I need Morrigan in my arty or can I swap her out later and reveal some of the sub-plots you'all are talking about.

I love to keep her in my party even if I am a mage because although she isn't the toughest mage on the block if you place her right and with the right moves she really compliments some of the mage attacks. But she is a sh**y Healer lol. By not playing her you are missing out on one of the most important sub-plots. She has always been one of my favorite characters becouse of her personality and her weird take on things.

I remember when I had Loghain did the Ritual with Morrigan; he worried that any child of his would have a claim to Anora's throne. She said that neither she nor the child would ever return to Ferelden, and the child would never know its father. She might come back, but it would have to be in another country(even if she came back to Ferelden in WH).

very true. BUT the kid has the powers of the archdemon in him. She said she was caring for him and training him so all we can do is speculate.

Al i know is that not having Morrigan back to the series at some point would be a waste of one of the best written video game characters ever. Also very sad, for she was the best thing in DA:O for me...

I played Dagon Age 2 and it is just not 10% of what DA:O is. I'll certaintly wait untill Morrigan returns to get back to the series.

WoW that picture just made me want to not make morrigan in my new characters love life. Well, Morrigan is the type of person who would run away never to be seen again, but I think we could see her again, if Bioware does some sort of thing where your character finds her again by accident. But yeah, imagination is endless!!

I was just imagining the child as a mage. A super cool, Morrigan-y mage.

I doubt we'll see her in DA:2 dlc, and I also doubt it in DA:3. Don't get me wrong, i'd love it if she returned in DA:3, I just don't think its the kind of thing Bioware will do.

I don't know, they might be wanting to leave it hanging. The whole thing with the old god child seems pretty major and if they bring morrigan back they can't just not mention it. It seems a waste not to run with it but if they do it would screw of the continuality of anyone who didn't sleep with (or get someone else to sleep with) morrigan. I think you can kill her in witch hunt too. I don’t particularly care but I’m sure some will.

A part of me wants to play the OGB as main character of DA3 or 4.
Personaly my view is its going to be just like Flemeth (Who I think is a Human Form Old God as well, or Urthemiels daughter Urzara)

Of course im very intrested in it as the story progresses. My Warden Loves Morrigan and their child and went with her to whats beyond the eluvian.

It would be hard for them to incorporate her in DA3 depending on your choices in DAO and WH, and the OGC (if there is one) would almost certainly not be the main character because unless they go back on a certain line of dialogue in WH that states the gender of the OGC (I will not say it here), although it could still be a non-mage (just because it has the power of an old god does not mean it is a mage, it could be a super-powered warrior or rogue). However, if you do

*SPOILER ALERT*

stab Morrigan

*END SPOILER ALERT*

she still could have survived, stomach stabs are not always fatal, and she could just take a potion or use a heal spell (if you gave her one) on the other side of the eluvian.

Bioware has been known to Ret-con often.
