Why is this?  I don't see a post about this on these boards and as you can see the stats really do suck on PS3 compared to the other two versions.  There is no reduced encumbrance penalty and the stats are much less of a bonus.

Does no one really care?

Really? This is rather strange – wonder what the reasoning behind that one is, maybe it's just a mistake and BioWare will patch it.

ugh i ****ing hate these console wars....are you really telling me that the DEVELOPERS themselves have a problem with the ps3 and this is how they show it? .....GRRRRRR >:[ slowly i'm starting to resent ea, and maybe bioware altogether if ps3 keeps getting the short end of the stick

I doubt the reason for the drop in the BDA is anything to with hating the PS3, they probably decided it was too powerful as it was, I wouldn't be surprised if the PC and 360 versions get patched to be the same as the PS3 version.

I do start to think they hate ps3 and really hate us users..

the list is this

1. two week delay in europe
2. finlay out the redeem codes didn't work as they should
3. the framerate is way worse than the 360
4. the bonus disc for the collectors edition is NOT on DVD but on BLU-RAY meaning you can't hear the damn soundtrack that you paid for unless you got a blu-ray drive in your PC
5. the blood dragon armor has worse stats.

wtf is this? Everyone is talking so damn good about BioWare but stuff like this makes me wanna talk crap about them. Sure They can do games but it seems they can't make them run that good

This was probably from an earlier build before they tweaked it for the other versions. I'm sure it will get patched. In the meantime, is this really the best massive armor in the game? There has to be some replacement for it. I know it's very good but haven't compared.

Well the answer is probably ME2. Some sort of convenient programming or something. (But that's really just a shot in the dark from me.)

It's certainly very popular, but some people Wade's stuff or the Juggernaut set. There's still a reasonable assortment not including the Blood Dragon Armor.

Without the reduction of 10% fatigue and those additional stats...it is abosolutely worthless IMHO .  I'm currently using Juggernaut and Wade's Superior Dragonbone armor as the stats are currently much, much better than Blood Dragon Armor.

Either way...nerf it or make it all the same.  I don't care so long as a decision is made about it.

oh here is another for the list

the online in-game characters don't update from ps3 to this site...if you check my character some of their portraits don't appear and if you go into them you see the newbie set you start out with even tho clearly i am equip with some pretty epic gear.....just makes me want to walk into EA (or bioware...whoever's responsible) building and give them all the middle finger and walk out

just stuff like this furiates me especially when it seems like something so simple to fix...as for the other stuff i REALLY believe they dislike the ps3...just like how bethesda hates the ps3 because they do not give the ps3 DLC for games like oblivion and fallout until like a year later....i mean sure microsoft pays for this **** for themselves early but why can't sony get it too? just sucks and i hate it all

hehe yeah! I think its the European verions of dragon age that has all this problems it seems, can't see that many americans in here rambling about their messed up game.

Regarding bethesda, they did a rather awsome job on the oblivion game for the ps3, nice framrate, richer colours a bit better textures than the 360 so they did the right thing.. they at least tweaked the game matching the ps3 powers.
but yeah its lame with this "holding onto stuff and release it much later" I hate theses consolwars doesn't bring anything good for the customers at all.

lol actually i have the american version hehe so most of the list applies to me as well

and no i don't think they commented at all about the stats of the armor...i think they don't really care IMHO

So basically on the PC and 360 the Blood Dragon set is one of the best armour sets in the game, but on the PS3 it's the most basic massive armour set available instead. While I don't believe there's any kind of "we hate PS3" -conspiracy behind this, it's a really stupid mistake and needs to be fixed.

I never even used the Dragon Armor (I got too far into the game before I remembered to use my code haha) but oh well, the Armor of the Legion suits me fine...

Dragon Bone Plate is the best armour in my opinion, same armour value as Armour of the Legion but the 75% fire resistance is sooo much better, AND it frees up the helmet for whatever you wanna put there.

Hello, i'm new on this console, and in this forum, i wanna get the extra contents of my game and I redeemed my code on the Dragon Age: Origins website (dragonage.bioware.com/redeem), but don´t appear the blood dragon armor or the stone prisoner to download in my PS3, I also select the Downloadable Content menu option in my PS3, but say that my code isn´t valid.

What can i do to get (downlad) this contents?

to clear some things up, the Blood Dragon Armor scales to your current stats in the PS3 version, so if the stats on your armor suck, its because you had it from the start.
