Winter's Blast, deep Freeze, or Desiccate?
Which spell is better for brittle?

i've noticed that winter's grasp and petrify are the most reliable, but cone of cold is good for groups/during cool-downs etc.
This makes sense as the chance to freeze (and thus brittle given elemental mastery) is higher; 100% normal vs 60% normal

In a brittle build, there is no reason not to grab all 3. Once Brittle exploiting moves are exhausted, all 3 function quite well as utility cc.

I hear ya but I'm not doing a brittle build. My mage is went the primal route. I'm also considering Spirit strike for disorient.SuicidialBaby wrote...
