I want a happy ending
I want a tragedy
I want a bittersweet ending
I want to annihilate the reapers and save the galaxy
I want to sacrifice the galaxy and save humanity
I want Jack and Femshep to go riding into the sunset together.
I want to mourn over the graves of lost friends
I want my friends to mourn over my grave with the ashes of a dead galaxy falling over the memorial
I want my friends to mourn over my grave with the light of a new Golden age bathing my memorial in heavens light.
I want it all and more

Everyone dies.
The ending will be a log of Shepard warning the future civilization of the galaxy about the Reapers.

And once again, Shepard's warnings are ignored.
I like this ending.

Screw that...I want my bloody happy ending. An ending in which everyone freaking dies by default would definitely prevent me fom ever replaying the game

I want the revelation of the Reapers creators/purpose/intent to be frankly, shocking, mind-blowing, and then having to make the decision to let them destroy the galaxy or stop them to be the hardest decision ever seen in a video game.

This^. Also I am hoping for an ending where on one hand I feel like I accomplished something. On the other I want to feel like 'we did it.....but at what cost.' So yeah a bittersweet ending. I want the ending of ME3 to more or less make cry. The only game so far that has came close to making me cry was Dragon Age: Origins. Towards the end if you leave your dog behind to go and fight the last boss. That scene had my eyes watering I never felt more emotionally attached to a game before in my life. So I wan the ending of ME3 to make me cry. Anything less than that and I will not be satisfied.

Bittersweet endings are often the most memorable... kinda hoping for that.
This pretty much. The war against the Reaper is won but in the process all that is old and familiar is torn down. The galaxy practically starts anew with all the old powers devestated.

aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaand........even after that scene no one has to die (unless you said no to Morrigan). As long as that is an option I am cool with that

The ending needs to be gratifying, as well as mystique. It has to give me the chills up my spine by being that epic, and it needs to show that its all over, but Shepard will always be ready to suit up again at a moments notice. Kind of like the end of Halo 3, where Master Chief goes into cryo, its over, but he's still ready.
NO suicide. No FTW taking the reapers out. A hero needs a real heroic ending, not this last horrah bull****.

Vampire: the Masquerade - Redemption
at the end of the game you faced basically a 4th generation Tzimisce named Vukodlak
you had 3 choices
1: Fight..you kick his butt, save the love of your (un)life and spend eternity with her
2: Submit to him. Become his puppet (and he forced you to kill your owman in the process)
3: Usurp him....drain him dry, get his powers and being on the Gehenna thus plunging the world in darkness despair and death AFTER draining your woman as well for funzies
If ME3 lets me choose in the same fashon I am totally ok
