I downloaded and installed Legacy through the Bioware site and it isn't showing up in my dlc at all. There aren't any notifications in the game about it either. This also happened when I tried to use the Black Emporium and Exiled Prince dlc, but the special items (boots, tomes, ring, whatever) showed up just fine.
