In few forums that i have read and commented it was brought to my attention that some of you consider horizon incident with vs a relation ship crisis. If that is the case will you state yoyr reasons for it and how would you like to resolve it. For me personaly i do not consider horizon incident a relationship crisis, because simply put it was my shepards fault that ashley was not aware that I was still allive although revived by cerberus. I did not try to contact her there fore what she said to my shepard on horizon was ok and no upseting. I will still romance her in ME 3 and use her on most of my missions if not all.

It was a little sad because none of the available choices to interact with the LI were fitting my need of expression,so that at least I could apologize or explain myself.Don't get me wrong...but the idea of falling in love with someone in the game and seeing him/her in two years has to be a little more deeper at an emotional level.
The way I've seen things then was like:"You work for Cerberus!" and then "No you don't see the bigger picture..." and there was something like "I know where my loyalty lies" and that was it...

In my opinion, it was a sandbagging by the Illusive Man with no way to handle it properly, but in the end it will be repairable so I don't sweat it too much.

I agree with both your points, I think bioware did this on purpose to give as something spectacular in the VS romance in ME 3 which I hope that it is a fact rather than speculation on my part, i hope.

Yeah but my favorite part was when the LI says:"You couldn't tell me you were even alive?" and Sheps like:"I wasn't even conscious..."
I mean really...two years and that's the explanation..no wonder Kaidan and Ash were mad!

On the other hand...
The non-human members of the squad were rather happy to Shepard. Not forgetting that one of them nearly got herself killed trying to retrieve his/her body from the Shadow Broker/Collectors.

That is correct, but you also have to see it from ashley's perspective, she sees her commander and her lover whom she saw die in person, appear alive and well in front of her. So She being who she is weants to believe in shepard, wants to believe that he is not cerberus pawn, but conflicts with her real fact vision of seeing him die in space. SO yes she is abit suspicious of shepard, so is most of alliance.
