Played with my character who had Romanced Isabela and beaten the entire game. Saw nothing related to Romance between the two.
It happens in the beginning. Isabela mentions it might be awkward if she were naked next time the carta attacks.
Its a subtle reference to the romance.

Right forgot about that but I was thinking more along the lines of actual dialogues.

As far as I know, there are no romantic dialogues. Just dialogues that reference the romances. If that makes any sense.
I know that haha I'm just saying I was answering the OP's Question and was only thinking about Romance Specific Dialogues.

Just for kicks and giggles, I romanced both Fenris and Anders. Fenris, after your initial, er, intimacy, will - typically emo- freak out and leave you because he can't deal with actually being happy for a while. Ensuing dialogue after you land Anders as your lover, Fenris will tell Anders in party banter, "If you break his heart I will kill you." Frankly, I choked up a bit the first time I heard that line.
Anyway, on topic, when I went to Legacy with lover Anders, at the start he says that he worries that the Carta can get to me. SPOILER! Partway through the crawl, Anders, who has been complaining about hearing voices, finally turns against you and lets Justice take over, summoning some shades and attacking the party. After you defeat him and his minions he says something like "Thank you, love, I could not bear to lose you." Or words to that effect. Other than that I saw no difference in taking a lover with you to Legacy from the Main Campaign.

You get two snippets with Anders if you romanced him. One in the very beginning and one later on. Also I think if you don't bring your sibling and you do the quest where you kill the demons that Malcom Hawke sealed, the scene at the end of that quest has your LI talking to you about it instead of your sibling. Also Varric will say to the people after your blood "he/she's no virgin" if you have a LI that's not Sebastian.
Good point, I forgot that. In fact, Varric did say, "Blood? If you're trying for immortality, I can tell you he's no virgin.!

Subtle doesn't begin to describe it. When is she not talking about being naked, romance or no?

When she's talking about stealing, stabbing, or drinking?

"So. You and Merrill."
"Yes. Merrill and I."
"*sighs* Of course."
