Or maybe Hawke becoming a grey warden

I wouldn't like Hawke to become a Grey Warden.  No more Grey Wardens.

Well if you played Legacy you already have the armour......

The first time through I only got the chestpiece because I missed quite a bit of it, but to be honest I think the armour is more like a trophy of the DLC rather than a sign of things to come.

Whatever it is I hope they concentrate a little more on the whole decisions aspect. They didn't make much difference in DA2 or Legacy... or Origins really... but it would be good if they could just focus on some more meaningful decisions with visible results a bit on the next DLC, not on a Witcher standard but y'know.

The thing I'd most like to find out is what happend to the Warden and Hawke :D Some DLC about some of the companions would be nice, too, though.

Yes, a branching story would be nice, even if there is only 2 branches.

I want more good long story content, seriously that itams pack can fnck right off. Bioware has to work damn hard on dlc becuase DA2 was such a meh game so i am excited for the DLC. The only bad part about the DLC is i might have to play more DA2.

Indeed.  I just can't see myself using it, it would be nice if it could be displayed like a trophy in Hawke's mansion though.

The Champion armor set pales in comparison to the legacy armor set when you get it at lvl 25+ so I think I'll be using it a lot. Too bad at this time there's nowhere to use it.

On topic. Even though I wasn't completely dissatisfied about the main DA2 game (though reusing decors and lack of polish and finishers did bother me of course), this DLC shows me the DA team still has it.

I'm hoping for an expansion rather than a DLC next that plays after the main campaign, somewhere away from Kirkwall. It doesn't need to be about fixing the chantry/mage war since varric/cassandra's conversation seems to make out Hawke doesn't feel it's his/her battle and is certainly not working on fixing this mess. So whatever Hawke does after DA2 shouldn't be about this war. Perhaps have Cassandra and Leliana catch up with Hawke in this expansion? I dunno, just a thought=]

Hawke, Aveline, LI, and sibling (if alive) returning to Lothering for an expansion maybe.
I would imagine after the all the focus Hawke gets after the finale of DA2, he/she would escape to somewhere way out of the reach of the Chantry and it`s seekers, and southern Ferelden sounds like the perfect place for that.
No idea what it could be about, maybe something involving Flemeth and the Kocari wilds.
At the end, as Robhuzz says, Cassandra and/or Leliana and maybe even Varric catches up to Hawke and sets the stage for DA3?

Whatever's next, I just hope I can bring Bethany along again. I immensely enjoy having her in my party.

I would like to see three things before Bioware shifts focus to DAIII.

First: A Pre-Campaign story set four years prior to DAII. Involving Malcom, and his three Kids. This would help build on the relationship amongst the siblings. Maybe involving a pre-beard Hawke.

Second: A Story that fills in the one year gap when Hawke and Sibling are working for a Cartel. There are characters you meet in DAII, that Hawke has some sort of Back Story with like Worthy, Lady Elegant and Tomwise that can maybe act as Companions.

Third: A Post-Campaign story in the size of an expansion that deals with why Hawke leaves. Maybe have a cameo by the Warden towards the end, like Hawke walking towards him then having the screen go black.

I suppose I wouldn't mind for an expansion to take place in Ferelden again. Would love to see how Denerim is doing 10 years after the blight with King Alistair (or whomever you picked). Of course to get there, we need a ship. I think it would be great if Hawke, Aveline, Carver/Bethany and LI  were to sail with Isabella to Denerim. If Isabella isn't with you (due to circumstances I cannot mention because of to spoilers) Hawke will need another ship.

Expansion starting with Hawke and earlier mentioned party members getting off Isabella's ship and entering Denerim Docks would be awesome imo

DLC's aren't quite big enough to necessarily have the range of decisions that I know a lot of our community are hungering for.

That said, I am 100% in agreement with the goals of this request, and we will absolutely see what can be done in the future.

I'd love to see an Isabela focused DLC with Martin

Remember when Martin says he quit being a Raider because of the leader...

I'd loved to see a DLC where we deal with the Raider leader.

Leliana's Song. I loved the cinematic feel to the cutscenes.  Probably my favorite of all DA and Mass Effect DLC.

I would also like to see BioWare go further down this track launching off her cameo in the game.
A visit to Sebastien's home town post end-game.

Now off to start Legacy!

I understand what you are saying from a gaming perspective but with regards to roleplaying my honourable Hawke wouldn't go about in the garb of a Grey Warden whilst not a member of the order.  The armour is pretty cool looking from the sets I have seen thus far (warrior and rogue), but to remain on topic I wouldn't wish to see Hawke become a warden in any future DLC.

That's good to hear!

I was actually okay with the level of decision making in DAO and DA2 - Bioware games are story driven, and that makes it difficult to let the player choose things that substantially change the way the story plays out. I'm always glad to know that the developers are exploring new challenges, though.

pre-flight life with two different stories to allow us to connect to the sibling that would die. Mages can connect with Bethany while Carver goes to Ostagar, warriors and rogues with Carver as they go to Ostagar to fight.

Year 1 with Athenril or Meeran (or if not, at least make her a LI companion in DA3 along with Cassandra)

an expansion.

I want this as well.

Yes!

Thanks for the response Sir Laidlaw! Like I said my standards aren't too high, not expecting a dozen branches or anything but I'm looking forward to seeing what you manage in the next DLC.

Legacy was like CPR to Dragon Age 2 from my POV :).

Now Bioware needs something else to really bring DA2 back to the forefront. You start to forget the game if there's not much else you can do with the story (Fable, any Fable).

I was hoping to take a trip to another city-state in the free marches. Whatever it ends up being, my main want is for more companion interaction. I miss being able to initiate a conversation with them whenever I wanted.

Well, I really would like an expansion rather than DLC.

An expansion covering Years 8, 9 & 10 would be essential.

Quick Answer First: Never wanted DLC for DA2, would prefer they get on with DA3.

But . . . gun to my head (long answer):

I played Legacy as a post game adventure. DA2 was fun, but does not have the replayability past a second go. So no way I was starting AGAIN.

So if BioWare must release another DLC, post game is my preference, because I'm not starting a new game.

But with the cost going up to $10 . . . I'm not likely to buy it.

Hence my original statement. No more DLC for DA2 . . . get crackin on DA3, take their time and make it like DA:O story-wise. Immersive and thought provoking where choices affect the epilogue.
