I've installed the game yesterday(retail box), and there is this weird eye glitch that pop up very often, i tried to take the best picture to show the glitch, but its kinda hard when it changes every second. It can get worst than what i'm showing here sometimes, depending on the angle of the cutscene's camera. It can gets very creepy and distracting. Shepard seems to be the only one who have that, although i think i've seen Udina with something similar, not quite as bad though.

Also, is there anything i can do about the low res hair or is that normal?

Depending on exactly how you construct Shep's face, he/she can get it to. It has to do with eye depth, brow height, cheek height and everything else. Sometimes you just get that magic mix that allows the eyes to bug out like that. Not much that can be done except advising you to try and tweak the face a bit more.
To avoid a complete replay, you can make a new character, and export the headmorph using gibbed save editor, and then importing it into your current game.

Not much can be done about the hair. The Unreal 3 engine isnt the best for hair.

Imgur doesnt seem to display correctly on these forums. Photobucket or Imageshack work better.
