[jazzy B 3]

When I first logged in I used my EA login details which happen to use the same e-mail address as my bioware account.  As a result I was unable to use my orriginal Bioware forum name of Jazzy B and so created the moniker Jazzy B 2.  After I realised I could use my normal bioware login I went and did jsut that.  However after logging out I found I could only log-in to my Jazzy B 2 account as I suspect they had the same uysername and password unintentionally.  I then went on to delete that account, believing that I could then log into my orriginal account.  However I am now no longer able to log into the orriginal account as it claims that both Jazzy B and Jazzy B 2 are taken.



This may jsut be an example of user idiocy (people who believe they can make something iddiot proof tend to underestimate the ingenuity of iddiots), but it seems like a flaw to allow the creation of two accounts under one e-mail address with the same user name.  If nothing else, at least this can be fixed, surely, in the sign up procedure.



Edit:  Checking arround I see that the orriginal bioware account "Jazzy B" is stilla ctive and was not deleated with "Jazzy B 2".  Is it possible for this to be reset in some way so I can acess it again?
