The tube was crushed towards one end (the white seal thing on that end was completely gone) and the top edge of the litho is pretty beat up. And I can't see the order on my account page to open a case. Help, please.

Yeah, I have ripped on Bioware in the past for cheaping-out on shipping, but this was 100% USPS's fault... it is almost like they ran it over with something.

I feel your pain Charles - my tube had one end missing, and just a strip of tape over one end (with holes in it of course for stuff to get down in it). I haven't decided if I want to return mine - the top edge is slightly bent, and the print has some crinkles along the top 1/4. I just don't know if I want to risk having another sent to me and it getting beat up even worse. I'm thinking once framed, it might not be noticeable...
