Perhaps people are sexually stimulated by the pressure suit and not the person inside. Once they actually saw a Volus no matter what it looked like their excitment could well wane.
Much in the same way that Tina Fey got all those male fans once she did Palin, but then she made "Date night" and lost them. Fickle bastards.

I just want to know what they look like.  Pressure suits can be hot, I mean, look at Bianca Beauchamp.  If you don't want to, I will.

I'm all for seeing  volus but as for not seeing what Quarian's look like. I believe there's a flaw in your logic there Shepherd knows would tali looks like and it's a role-playing game played from Shepherd's perspective. So the way I see it, we should know what tallies face looks like and if we don't find out mass effect three. That would be very disappointing

And the only problem I can see with seeing volus face the fact that they are from a high-pressure environment and if they were out of there pressure suit they might explode.

Great point!  I'm suggesting we see a holo of what they look like, rather than meet on, in the flesh so to speak.  I think ti would be cool.  They're all rotund and gaspy, I'd love to see what they actually look like.

Some people have emotions invested in Tali's appearance.  Whatever BioWare puts up, it just won't be right to most of her fans.  Volus on the other hand...  Anything they do will rock.  Thus, the best choice is secret quarian looks, and public nakee volus.
