I had problems logging in with my main account

I could log-in no problem, but as soon as I clicked another link to go to a forum topic I was logged out again. I can't take part in any forum discussions because I'm not logged in.



And what's more I had to create this new account so I can report the problem!

I saw this on the FAQ:

"If you have successfully logged in, the best thing is to post in the Web Site Help forum - you will get help from either BioWare employees or other users.If you cannot log into the forums, you can send a message directly to the developers here. Note that due to volume of emails, you may not receive a reply, but all messages sent will be read."

Except that when I went to that page there was no link to click to contact the developers. There was a link to click and the page says to fill out the form there, except there was no form to fill out!

The only other options were links to the FAQ (where I'd already been) and the Site Help section on the forums (where of course you need to be logged into to report faults!)


Edit: I don't seem to be experiencing the problem with this account seeing as I'm able to post so why is there a problem with my main account?

Piggybacking this because it happened to me.

Well, I figured out that if you are viewing a topic and then log on, you are only logged on for that specific topic. At least it behaves like that was the case. For a while I was unable to view topics even when I was logged in, which was confusing. Now, though, I'm having another, minor but annoying problem.

From the main page, if I put in my email and password, it doesn't log me in - it takes me to a seperate login page. From that page, checking the "Log me in automatically" box gives no results, and I am logged out each time I navigate away. Am I doing something wrong?
