I went through the Prologue and I have all the zones except Gallows Courtyard.  So I uninstalled the game then reinstalled it and still no Gallows Courtyard.  This includes installing all the DLC that I bought as well and the game version is 1.03.

Can someone help me with this please?

You unlock the gallows when you obtain a quest to go there in act 1. if you keep progressing through act 1, you will unlock it eventually.
