I went through the Prologue and I have all the zones except Gallows Courtyard. So I uninstalled the game then reinstalled it and still no Gallows Courtyard. This includes installing all the DLC that I bought as well and the game version is 1.03.
Can someone help me with this please?

I don't think you gain access to the Gallows immediately, iirc you have to get a quest that takes you there to get access to it. Try going to the Elven Alienage and getting the quest to find the Elf Mage boy.
