Don't know why it happened.
It did seem to resolve itself and let me access after about 5 minutes.
Need for concern?

Can you describe what happens when you're not able to access this site? Are there any error messages?

The problem has not come up again. I think it was an issue with my ISP, it went to another site and it had me listed as my IP being from another country. /shrug-who knows.
