I would play BDTS but I've lost my key since the transition over from the old forums.

Considering that BioWare hasn't dropped the price on it, I'd suggest watching it on YouTube and using a save editor to save your choices.

I would use the save editor but I am a little concerned about the save not importing properly into ME3.

Hmm.

It should work in theory, the variables are essentially TRUE and FALSE flags, iirc, ticking one box turns the variable into TRUE, and the other as FALSE. Tick both and the game will crash.

I can't see how it would work for all of the other variables but not the DLC ones, they must work by the same principle.

Two quick corrections/suggestions:
1. You wrote "Retribution issues 1-4" which should read "Redemption issues 1-4"
2. I guess I'd put Ascension right after ME1 since it starts with TIM watching the vids from the battle of the citadel and thus, the beginning of the book at least takes place right after the events of the game. Incursion on the other hand seems to take place closer to ME2 (although we don't know for sure AFAIK.

Interesting project. Good luck with it.

I know, MrFob I didn't correct those issues because the color tags would get messed up and I was planning a better version of the thread in the close future.

Oh, ok, never mind then. (Dam, somehow overlooked that there was already a page 2 in this thread)

Glad I could convince you. Now please sign this contract according to which I hold no responsibility if your save games explode and any peripheral devices implode into a tiny singularity.

If you're scared of the save editor, the safest and surest way to make sure that the flags are imported properly is to beat the game in ME2, and import that save as an NG+.

If it imports to NG+, it'll import to ME3.

I'm very vocal about the benefits of the Save Editor. Through it, you can even unlock hidden Dev upgrades such as the Quarian Shield Capacitor, and the Calcified Endoskeleton.

And after 5 playthroughs of ME2, I don't think anyone ever should have to mine for anything ever. Also, it's nice if you want to save everyone but not meta-game with P/R decisions.

But enough, any questions and discussions belong here:

edit: also, More facial customization FTW!

Relevance to ME3: Introduces the concept of Reaper artifact/booby traps, which we may have encountered in the side quest UNC: Depot Sigma-23 in ME1, gives an insight into TIM's character, and Cerberus' seperation from the Alliance.

Actually, Cerberus's seperation from the Alliance happens only a few months before Mass Effect 1, not during Evolution.

I would rename the title of this thread to Derail Edition, but it would mess the color tags.

Anyway, Mass Effect 3 Preparation Checklist sheet, Right Click>Save Image As> Print

Image IPB

It should fit perfectly with A4 paper.

New OP with banners, DLC and corrections coming soon (tomorrow?)

Nooo! Not Pinnacle Station!
