I'll have a major guilt trip if I have to destroy legion due to the quarian/geth conflict. Assuming the player isn't forced to play a part it's tough to say. Liara has the most to lose, hundreds of years of life remaining but on the other hand has already lived for a hundred years. Jack has had the crappiest life so far and seems to be on the verge of making something better for herself so I think I would go for her.

I'm conflicted. I can't decide who I'd miss the most. Wrex, Grunt, Mordin, Joker, Garrus and Zaeed are so close.

But I'd guess Tali would be the one character I'd miss the most, if she died in ME3.

Garrus followed by Liara and Mordin. Jack could of been one as well, she was an interesting character but they went too far down the "im a badass ****" route with her I would have liked her to be a bit more conflicted especially after her loyalty mission.
