I think I'd miss Jack the most. Though, to be honest, I think the only characters I could get rid of easily would be Mordin and Ashley. I just can't stand either of 'em for some reason.

I'm not gonna choose my LI, since well, I'd be crushed if Jack died in ME3. I'll go with Wrex, my Shepard was really close with him and he was like a brother to him, so that's basically it. There's so many characters though.. I'm glad Bioware can make so many individuals that stand out for so many people

Liara since she's my LI, but also Legion because watching other people react to a Geth being on the Citadel or Omega or, especially, the Migrant Fleet was amazing. The only funnier thing would be if TIM was a squad member in ME3. Although not a lot of people know what he looks like I'd imagine.

Garrus and Jack.

Garrus because he's noble and can't find happiness and I find that endearing.

Jack because she is a walking bomb with the mind-set of a hurt little girl. And I find that endearing.

The Illusive Man; no seriously he's a glorious character that I would actually miss if he was diminished in some way. I like that Cerberus is bad and an ever present thorn, thus I love the drama they'll inevitably cause. Besides, we need somewhat personable bad guys.
