I finally broke down and bought dragon age orgins ultimate edition with all the nifty dlc for. i understand the dlc is on the second disc as for the armor i am not sure i signed in to the site with my ea account on my laptop inputed the code and when i went to see how to get it. i followed the insturctions it told...(please log into ur mass effect 2 EA account) Umm i did and low and behold...not there.(Note:I used the same e-mail address as my mass effect account becuase i pre ordered it and got the cerberus network code) some help would be much appreciated becuase i have no clue.

For 'ASAP' help you really should be contacting EA support directly rather than relying on the forums where fellow gamers help each other out. Also it is recommended that you register your games on here as some users do withold aid if you are not seen as a registered game owner.
The first thing I would suggest you do is use the forum here and check to see what you have in 'Your registered game content' page; that is to check whether you have the Blood Dragon armour registered to your account. If it is then I would think it is just a matter of letting the EA servers and your account catching up with the information.
I confess that I find it odd you had to redeem any code for the 360's Ultimate Edition as other owners have stated to me that it isn't necessary. Minor detail though different from what I have been told about it. Anyway....
If the Blood Dragon armour is not registered to your account, and I am assuming that you are using the correct EA account, then you will need to contact EA support to have the issue rectified by them (no amount of gamer knowledge can do that for you).

did you get the email from the illusive man on the Normandy?
I had put in the code, my save was in the middle of a fight so I didn't see the armor until went back to the Normandy that is why I am asking, *edit - I assume you mean the code to get the blood dragon armor in ME2...

i do apologize for any mishap i may have created...i am just a little weary on some stuff for registering upcs do to all my stuff being registered with gamestop power rewards. but so far nothing has shown in ME2 for the armor, and yes i did make sure i used the same email becuase i have two xbox accounts one for when i do not want to be botherd and one for the multiplayer online games. as for the time being maybe i will just do a new game+ and it might show. ill post back as soon as i get it and.
