edit: Civility is an interesting concept that I am afraid seem to differ from person to person, especially in connection with frivolous discussion.
In this case, I would define civility as 'disagreeing respectfully.' If you disagree, explain why! And avoid ad hominems, straw men or any of the other oft-used methods of turning a discussion into 'NO YOU!', as these forums so often seem to do. Loaded words, aggressive language and subtle insults are anathema to a civil debate.
